I booked a pool villa hotel room for my brother-in-law and sister-in-law while they were on their honeymoon from the U.S.A. They were really impressed with the room and service they received, they felt like they were treated like a prince and princess. Moreover, the room was decorated with rose pedals and also with champagne. Furthermore, the private pool in the room was fantastic. Also the food was really good they looked forward to eating the complimentary breakfast every morning because of how delicious it was. Overall, they couldnt be more happy because of the quality of service and the clean exotic room. This is a perfect choice for anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay near Nonthaburi. By the way thank you to Mr. Worravit Pholab the resident manager for taking such good care and making their stay in Thailand extra memorable.

“Lovely setting for a wedding”

We were at the Buddy Oriental for our son’s wedding. It is on the river and out of the centre of Bangkok. The service was good and the rooms were clean, well kept and roomy. All the staff were very helpful, although we did have some trouble with communicating with the reception staff. We had a Villa for the four nights we were staying, so had a private…

“A wonderful colonial hotel on Bangkok river, near Don Mung airport”
Reviewed September 29, 2015
A gorgeous colonial styled hotel with a beautiful very large swimming pool (not heated but it’s a relief from the humidity). Amazing breakfast with a huge range primarily aimed at the Asian market, but great omelette station with sausages in heating tray. The breakfast room is very grand with a huge chandelier. Marble bathroom with a good pressure spacious shower. The Thai restaurant on the deck is very Thai – warning, we asked for not too spicy and it was so hot I couldn’t eat one dish, but Thai “not hot” is definitely different to European! but the chicken cashew was delicious and we woofed that down with great enjoyment. Apart from the staff not speaking English, we had a wonderful stay here. But the language barrier is easily overcome as the menus are in English and Thai, there is always google to help, and to be honest we felt like we were in the real Bangkok rather than in a tourist hub, it added to the feeling of being in a foreign country. Personally we loved it, and would very highly recommend this hotel.
